Gift List Ideas for 2023 and 2024
I’m publishing this list in time for the big 2023 Holiday Season — and you can also use it all next year — for birthdays, anniversaries, or for surprise gifts.
Use these ideas for your own WISH LIST — and for a GIFT LIST for gifts to others. (The gift recipients needn’t be current sprayers. Think spray tanning — what fun for a couple! And the entry-level Semi-Pro systems should delight any DIY painter or aspiring woodworker.

$10 — Stocking stuffer: Wet Film Gauge
This small item is perfect for someone who wants the best finish or paint coverage. It’s used on a test piece, to match the thickness of the sprayed film to the finish manufacturer’s specifications.

$44 — The 6-foot ultra-flexible whip hose
A top gift choice if not already owned. The whip hose is perfect for spraying bookshelves, inside cabinets and closets — any place where dexterity even in tight spaces is important. (Throw in the wet film gauge and get free shipping on the order.)
$59 - $70 — air cap for thinner or thicker finishes
It’s a rare Fuji Spray gun user who wouldn’t appreciate an extra air cap. Spray guns come with a “middle use” air cap that’s okay for most finished and paints. For superb finishes on thinner or thicker coatings, an air cap the perfect size is a huge help. $146 - $220 — Complete PPS 2.0 H/O Kit
This is the most luxurious gift you can give to any HVLP spray gun users. It makes cleanup simple and quick, saves finish well from one spray session to the next. These come in two sizes, so even if the gift recipient has a PPS kit, a kit of the other size will be a great addition.
$230 - $480 — Extra HVLP spray gun
This is another luxury, because instead of cleaning out a spray gun in order to use another finish, you can have the extra spray gun ready to go. HVLP spray guns range from $229 to $399.
$320 - $400 — Pressure Pot
The Fuji 2-quart pressure pot ($319) adds huge convenience when spraying larger surfaces. Twice the size of the standard fluid cups, it makes it much easier to spray cabinets, walls, fences, even whole houses. The 2.5 gallon pressure pot can hold a whole gallon can of paint so you spray directly from it.
$330 —SoloTAN Portable Home Spray Tanning Kit
Florida and Southern California tans anywhere — safe and fun! This small portable Fuji Spray tanning kit includes everything needed for home use. Great for a couple to share, with occasional use with friends as well. Time to introduce your friends and family to high quality spraying, even if they have no interest in woodworking, spraying latex paint, or spray painting a vehicle. $397 — Fuji Spray setup for someone with an air compressor
Someone with an air compressor can skip the HVLP turbine systems and just buy a Fuji Spray compressor gun ($285 to $479) plus the combination air/finish hose ($111.95) or the 2-quart pressure pot kit that includes the hoses ($319).
$530 — Semi-Pro 2 System
Great gift for someone who’s interested in spraying a variety of finishes and paints, without breaking the bank to give it a go. Both the Semi-PRO 2 and the Hobby PRO 2 use the same turbine, just come with different air caps, and cost the same. The Hobby-PRO is designed more for spraying thicker coatings such as latex paint, but can spray regular woodworking finishes too. The Semi-PRO 2 can spray most finishes well, including finer light finishes, and is available in both bottom-feed and gravity-feed models, plus money-saving packages.
