Our package prices afford a great way to save on the purchase of accessories with a system. Any accessories purchased along with a system, even those not included in the package, will be shipped free with the system.

I have been an authorized distributor of Fuji products since 2002 and have used their products for over 15 years.

Aside from the great package prices you can count on great customer service. For questions on what equipment to buy, help with an order, special shipping situations, or advise on spraying and refinishing, I can readily be reached on the phone, (I Roger Phelps am the only one that answers the phone), or by email. I welcome your phone calls and emails even on weekends and evenings and will do whatever I can to get your last minute order to you. Or just order online and your order will be shipped out the same or next business day.


INVENTORY:
My goal is to never be out of stock of any item that is available for sale on my websites. I am in regular contact with the factory ordering and making sure items are available. On rare occaisions when the factory is out of stock on an item I will post that on my website and try to let  you know when it is available. There are a few items that I do not carry that I can have drop shipped from the factory....just call.

ONLINE SECURE ORDERING:
Your order information is submitted onto my shopping cart using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. When you place an order online and provide your credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information including your card number, name and address which is sent to the ecommerce site. With this encryption, only they have the ability to decode your information. After your credit card is charged the credit card information is deleted from their database.

This is a safer practice than some large online companies that permanently keep your credit card information on their databases. It makes things convenient when you want to reorder, but one can always wonder if a hacker or a crooked employee can steal your credit card information, it has happened before with large companies.


ORDERING BY PHONE:
I (Roger Phelps) will be the only one taking your phone order. If I am at my computer your credit card information will be entered into the Virtual Secure Terminal and will disappear from my view when your transaction is approved. If I am away from my computer and write down your credit card information I am required to destroy that information the minute your credit card is approved by my merchant account company.

EMAIL SECURITY:
Your email will only be used to send you a PDF of your invoice, a shipping tracking number and to communicate with you if necessary. It will never be used for advertising purposes or be sold to or given to anyone else.
